There has not been enough time passed to tell if the Calma Pact supplements are making a difference, but the ingredients suggest thet will provide a positive effect. The pills are consistent in appearance and have not triggered any side effects. It is advised to take them twice a day with water, and they are easy to swallow this way.

This supplement seems to have a good range of ingredients. It’s far too soon to be able to declare any specific difference in my health, however, I do feel that nowadays, it is almost impossible to get sufficient nutrition from crops grown in fields denuded of nutrients by overuse, while at the same time time, being bombardéd with a limited range of chemical fertilisers. Therefore I take a range of supplements. I also feel it’s a good idea to vary those supplements, avoiding overdosing of any particular substance, while providing plenty of variety, which is a more natural way of gaining nutrition.

Good calming supplement that feels high quality with a good blend of beneficial ingredients. They do seem to be effective and are helping. They are the regular size for these types of supplements, easy to swallow with no noticeable aftertaste and I haven't noticed any unwanted side effects either. Perhaps slightly expensive for a 30 day supply at the recommended dosage of 2 per day but worth it if they help you relax and feel less anxious. Would recommend

Nicely packaged, the pills aren't too big. You take two a day making this a 30 day pack.

Taking the pills was fine and there were no unpleasant aftertastes/repeating effects.
